The results come from a survey sent to approximately 750 districts and charter schools in January by Superintendent Tom Horne. Horne says 322 districts and charter schools responded to the survey saying they are doing Holocaust instruction, while the others did not respond.
“It’s important for students to know that part of history and for them to get, become immune to hate literature,” said Horne.
